Mother and Baby Days Any of the above mini packages are available on a mother and baby day, bring along your babies with a group of friends and enjoy treatments, tea and cake and take in turn the looking after baby time so that mums can enjoy some treatment time. Babies must be under 6 months for health and safety purposes. Please note this package is only available on selected days. 6 Evening Packages Luxury Packages Details Evening packages run from 6pm 10pm and departure at 10pm is extremely strict due to gate closures at the farm. Minimum of 6 people required for any evening bookings. Bring along your own wine and enjoy the night with friends! Cheese & Wine Evening 45 Come along and enjoy any one of our mini treatments, along with beautifully paired wines with local cheese from the Vale of Belvoir. Our luxury packages are a perfect gift and a lovely way to spend your day. You will be greeted on arrival with a welcome drink of your choice. We will provide you with robes and slippers for you to use throughout the day. You will then be able to choose from any of our luxury treatments below followed by a delicious afternoon tea. We strongly recommend that treatments and packages are booked as far in advance as possible as demand is very high especially at weekends and peak seasons. Name, mobile number, address and payment details will need to be taken at the point of booking. If booking a package, a 50% deposit will also need to be taken. Bath robes and slippers are only provided on Luxury Packages or can be hired for the day at a cost of 5pp. Please note that all payments need to be settled at reception after your appointment. Cancellation policy As a courtesy to our other guests and our therapists please give at least 48hrs notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Please note that a cancellation fee of 100% applies if an appointment is cancelled less than 48hrs in advance. Packages cannot be cancelled or refunded but can be transferred to a different date if we are given 48hrs notice. Consultation Treatments will only be carried out on a successful completion of consultation, therapists reserve the right to refuse treatments. Gift vouchers Gift vouchers can be purchased from reception for a single treatment or for packages. Arrival time Clients are advised to arrive 15 minutes before an appointment to enjoy the surroundings. If a client is late for their appointment this will be deducted from their treatment time. Etiquette As courtesy to other guests we ask that mobile phones are turned off whilst in treatment rooms and that noise level is kept to a minimum to ensure other clients are not disturbed. Children and babies Children and babies are welcome on mother and baby days or if we have agreed in advance. This is so that other guests are not distracted.
