We are situated within easy reach of the A3, A240 and A2043 but away from the hustle & bustle of Worcester Park. 9 LIPOSCULPT INCH LOSS A revolutionary pain-free, non-invasive, fat busting inch loss system. Mild low laser (cold laser) light is directed to the fat cells in your body using up to 12 paddles. The paddles are strapped into place; there is no discomfort, no needles are used and there is no risk of the laser light burning the skin. Our LIPOSCULPT machine has 8 large paddles and 4 lymph node paddles; meaning we are able to treat multiple areas at the same time. It uses a dual frequency system which is more effective than other single frequency systems. A pre-wax oil provides a barrier preventing trauma & irritation to the skin, making waxing a comfortable, clean & efficient experience. 11 IPL - HAIR REDUCTION A new technology to remove unwanted hair on the face or body; Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) is attracted to the melanin in the hair and absorbed, producing a heat reaction that destroys the hair follicle. 15 GENERAL INFORMATION APPOINTMENT REMINDERS We aim to send reminders by text within 24 hours of an appointment to clients who have not opted out, but cannot guarantee that you will always receive them. APPOINTMENT TIMES In order to get the most from your treatment, please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time. In fairness to other clients, appointments cannot be extended due to late arrivals. If you are late for an appointment, we will adapt the booked treatment to fit the time available but the full cost of the booked treatment is payable. CANCELLATION/NO SHOW/LATE RESCHEDULING FEES If you need to cancel an appointment please give at least 48 hours notice by telephone otherwise a fee of 50% of the booked treatment cost may be charged. Cancellations by text/ /app are not accepted. Failure to attend an appointment or rescheduling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice will be treated as a cancelled appointment and charged accordingly. If a client has a gift voucher or a credit balance and cancels with less than 48 hours notice, the fee of 50% of the booked treatment cost will be deducted from the value of the gift voucher or available credit. CAR PARKING & VALETING There is ample free parking in the grounds of The River Club. A car valeting service is available (fee payable). COURSES A course of treatments must be taken within 3 months (IPL excluded) of purchase, is non-transferable & non-refundable except at management discretion. CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS We are happy to accept payment by most credit and debit cards, subject to a 50p charge for transactions under 15. DEPOSITS A 25% deposit may be requested when booking. A 50% deposit is required for all packages, group bookings and December appointments. Deposits are only refundable if at least 48 hours notice of cancellation is given by telephone - please see Cancellations above. DISCOUNTS/OFFERS From time to time, we have special offers or discounts available; unless specifically stated, these offers/discounts cannot be combined & may not be used in conjunction with any other offers/discounts. GIFT VOUCHERS Gift vouchers are available to purchase from The River Club Reception (cash only) or from the Salon Reception (cash or card). Vouchers are valid for 6 months, can be purchased either for a specific treatment or for an amount of money and can be redeemed against treatments or products. MOBILE PHONE To ensure that you get the most from your treatment and as a courtesy to other clients, please make sure your mobile phone is either turned off or on silent. SENIORS DISCOUNT We are pleased to offer all our clients who are over age 65 a 10% discount on single treatments taken before 5pm on Mondays to Wednesdays.
