Our clients being totally satisfied with our service, is of the utmost importance to us. If we can make your stay more comfortable or if a matter should arise that you are not completely happy with, please let us know and we will endeavour to rectify the situation immediately. Cancellations Policy As a courtesy to other clients, stylists and our therapists, please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours and cannot be filled.
