The order in which the consultancy offices appear in the list is not an indication of relative competence. 2. n environmental consultancy office may only be awarded environmental consultancy projects if present on the below list. 3. The inclusion of a consultancy office in the list does not indicate an automatic approval of the studies submitted. Rather, it shows that the listed office possesses the minimum knowledge and experience needed to provide consultation in the approved fields. 4. Project designers and project managers are prohibited from rendering environmental consulting services to the projects they are designing or managing. 5. It is the responsibility of the owner and the project manager to ensure that the consultancy offices are registered in the approperiate fields of work. *Class consultancy offices are eligible to undertake all types of studies, e.g., TORs, EIs, SEs, PERs, ction Plans, CEMPs, OEMPs etc. for industrial, development, and infrastructure sectors. *Class B consultancy offices are eligible to undertake CEMPs and all types of environmental studies for the industrial sector (new and existing facilities) except SEs, EIs, and Terms of Refrence. *Class C consultancy offices are eligible to undertake CEMPs and ction Plans (for existing industrial facilities only).
