1 Everyday Value Spot, Shop & Win Christmas Raffle Promotion PROMOTION OVERVIEW Purchase any TWO or more Dove products with the Everyday Value #Shop&WinXmas Sticker and enter to WIN One (1) of Thirty (30) gift baskets. IMPORTANT DATES: Start Date November 23, 2018 End Date December 21, 2018 Draw Dates December 19 21, 2018 PROMOTION RULES: Spot Consumers will be required to locate the Everyday Value #Shop&Win sticker on Dove products under the categories: Deodorant (Roll On), Deodorant (Stick), Deodorant (Spray), Shower Gel, Bar Soap and Lotion. Shop Purchase any TWO (2) or more Dove products distributed by Everyday Value spotted with the #Shop&WinXmas sticker. Products can be purchased under any of the categories listed. Win They are to write their full name and contact number at the back of their receipt containing Dove purchase and place it in the drop box provided at the store of purchase to enter to win one of 30 gift baskets. (Participating stores will have three (3) winners each). Prizes must be claimed within 2 days of notification. Employees of Everyday Value are not eligible to enter. This promotion is limited to individuals over the age of eighteen (18) years. DETAILS OF PRIZES All consumers will have the chance to win one (1) of thirty (30) gift baskets courtesy of Everyday Value Trading & Distributors Limited. Gift baskets will contain additional Dove products and more from the Everyday Value portfolio valued at JMD $8000 each. Winners will be selected from the parishes in which the promotion will be held (Kingston and St. Catherine) METHOD OF SELECTION Draws will be done starting December 19 through to December 21, 2018 at three to four stores per day. Raffle will be done at each participating stores to determine store winners. The entry receipts will be

2 kept in drop boxes assigned to participating stores. The first three correctly completed entry drawn, will win one of three baskets assigned to each participating store. A maximum of three (3) back up winners will be drawn from each box. They will be used in the event that we are unable to contact the initial winner on the day of the draw. METHOD OF NOTIFICATION Winners will be contacted via telephone. We will make an attempt to contact winners at least twice on the day of the draw. We will allow the telephone to ring out to voic where call may be received or automatically ends. A call will be considered failed if at the end of two (2) calls, efforts made to the winner becomes futile. In the event that winners cannot be contacted on the day, another entry will be drawn at random and the prize awarded. Prizes must be claimed within two (2) days after notification. If after that time the prize is unclaimed the items will be retained by. COLLECTION OF PRIZES In order for winners to collect their prizes, proof of identification must be presented to Everyday Value Trading & Distributors Limited or to the store. ID may take the form of Driver s License, Passport or Voter s ID.
