8 Customised treatments Henriëtte Faroche has more than 30 treatments in its program, consisting of 5 basic treatments, 5 advanced treatments, 4 highly specialised treatments, 7 Faromatique treatments based on aromatherapy, 4 quick treatments and 5 body treatments. In this way the beautician can ofter her client a complete treatment program and she can regularly offer her client a new kind of treatment depending on the condition of the skin. This means a visit to the beauty specialist is never dull! Training Henriëtte Faroche is a professional skin care brand with numerous treatment possibilities. The high-quality products and treatments require in-depth professional knowledge. When taking Henriëtte Faroche in your assortment, we offer special training courses. Besides learning about the background of the products and the treatments in theory and practice, also salon management and special massage techniques are learned. Our international team can provide product trainings at the Dancohr Corporation facilities or at location. See page 43 As a distributor you can use these trainings to teach the beauticians everything about Henriëtte Faroche products and treatments. We offer all the training manuals in English. These training manuals are ready to use or you can translate them into your own language. Marketing support On a regular basis Henriëtte Faroche designs marketing materials you can use in order to present the brand the best way possible in your market. Posters, promotion diamonds and displays are all without text, they are ready to use. Marketing materials like brochures you can order in English or in German language. There is also the possibility to translate the text into your own language and let us print the brochures for you. As a dealer you will have the possibility to receive all used marketing materials. For example, ready to use advertisements, press releases and all texts, images, logo s and art work files used in Henriëtte Faroche marketing materials. These you can use for your website, advertisements and all other marketing purposes. See page

Full range should be offered. 2. Minimum start order for showroom, training room and warehouse of 17,500,- 3. Minimum yearly turnover of 30,000,- to keep exclusive rights. 4. New innovations have to be presented and taken into the program within 6 weeks after release of the product. 5. Showroom facilities should be available. 6. Warehouse and logistic facilities should be available. 7. Training facilities should be available. - training room - trainee which should be trained by us within 2 months after signing the contract. 8. Technical & commercial support. 9. Promotional activities have to be in Henriëtte Faroche style approved by the Dancohr marketing department. 10. Special promotions and/or Henriëtte Faroche special offers should be presented to your clients. 11. Every new introduced product should be implemented within 4 weeks of introduction. Please note that Dancohr Corporation B.V. is a manufacturer which works exclusively through appointed distributors and never sells directly to end users. For this reason the prices shown in the Export Price List are distributors prices only. Payments are always cash on delivery. 9

10 Margins In the enclosed export pricelist you will find the export prices and the recommended wholesale prices. To determine the wholesale prices, one always depends on different factors per country. That is why we give you the recommended wholesale prices, which we use for the beauticians in The Netherlands. Usually for Europe the coefficient is between 4.5 and 5.0 An example of how the prices can be determined: Export price ± 2.00 Wholesale price (beauticians price) ± 4.44 End consumer price ± 9.00 The distributor can determine his own margin to the wholesale business (beauty salons, pedicure salons etc.) and he can also determine the margin the wholesaler will have for the end consumer price. But having the possibility of offering your Henriëtte Faroche client a good margin will be a positive point and for sure a good point for getting new clients. Please note that a beautician price is always without V.A.T. and the end consumer price is always V.A.T. included. Orders Orders will be binding after confirmation by Dancohr Corporation B.V. by . The confirmation of the order will clearly state the delivery date. Minimum order amount per order is always 2,500,- Minimum order quantity per article number is 6 pieces. Adjustments in confirmed orders take a lot of logistic handling. Therefore it is not possible to make adjustments in your order after you have received the order confirmation from Dancohr Corporation. If adjustments have to be made in the already picked order which is ready for transport, Dancohr has to charge 75,- to cover the logistic handling costs. Complaints Complaints regarding for example damage, missing articles or incorrect delivered items should be reported to Dancohr within 24 hours after the delivery of the order. Complaints filed after these 24 hours cannot be accepted. When applicable please provide us with pictures. Payments Payments are always pre payment. Payments will always be made in EURO (see under PRICES) Shipments / Delivery Times Shipments will be done in accordance with the instructions received from the customer. Delivery times are two weeks from acceptance of the order. But please check the order confirmation for all details. In general, the lead time is two weeks after confirmation of the order. Please check the order confirmation for exact delivery times. Support Training manuals are available in the English Language. Through regular newsletters Dancohr Corporation will inform their distributors of new developments, products and modifications. All Marketing materials are available at our dealer portal; each dealer can download all available marketing materials trough our dealer portal. Product trainings can be arranged at the Dancohr Corporation facilities or at location. Documentation On a regular basis Dancohr Corporation designs catalogues for each brand in English language. The artwork of these catalogues is available for distributors. This can be found on the dealer portal. 10

14 Marketing directives To build a brand image which is recognizable all over the world we have set up marketing directives which we expect you to follow up when marketing the brand in your country. 1. Brand style The Henriëtte Faroche products should be promoted within the brand style. All promotion material has to be in line with the Henriëtte Faroche style. For worldwide usage Henriëtte Faroche has promotion material ready. When developing the material the marketing department from Dancohr always keeps the global presence of the brand in mind. 2. Brand mentioning of Henriëtte Faroche It is mandatory to mention always the Henriëtte Faroche logo in all marketing activities. 3. No combining of the brand Henriëtte Faroche with other non-henriëtte Faroche products. It is not allowed by Dancohr if any marketing activities are combined with non-henriëtte Faroche products. 4. Henriëtte Faroche will support in all above mentioned marketing materials and tools, in order to present the brand Henriëtte Faroche the best way possible in your market. All these materials are available with ready to use artwork on our dealer portal. 14

15 Conditions usage marketing material The brand values of Henriëtte Faroche are visible in the marketing materials. To be recognizable and in order to approach the right customers for the brand we want all salons to implement the complete Henriëtte Faroche look in their salon. You as a dealer play a very important role in this, make sure you always have enough marketing materials for your clients in stock. It s important for the brand that all dealers use the brand style in all communication as well. To make this easy, Dancohr provides you with all the material necessary to promote the brand. You can easily download images, texts, logos, advertisements, brochures and flyers on the dealer portal. The artwork of the brochures is easy to use for you and/or your advertising agency. You only need to translate the text into your language and put it in the brochure. You can print the brochure at your own printing office or choose to send it to our printing office, we will provide you with a quotation. It s also possible to let us do the translation, we can ask a quotation at our translation agency. The marketing department of Dancohr can also put your text in the brochures, and you can choose to print it at your own printing office or let Dancohr print the brochures for you. If you choose to make your own artwork, you need to send a digital file (PDF) to the marketing department of Dancohr. They will approve or disapprove the art work. The artwork of the promotion material will only be disapproved if it s not in line with the look and brand style of Henriëtte Faroche. This with reason that promotion material which does not have the Henriëtte Faroche look damages the brand. If you are looking for a particular image or if you need advice, please do not hesitate to contact the marketing department. We will be happy to help you! 15

16 Colours of Henriëtte Faroche The packagings reflect the natural background of Henriëtte Faroche and are luxurious, feminine, soft and fresh. To indicate the product line, each line has its own colour and design. The colours of each packaging are very soft and light. Although each packaging has another colour and design, the total look is not too colourful. For the basic lines the colours chosen for the packagings are adjusted to the colours of the milk and lotions. For example, the Matifiante lotion and milk are green, the packaging of the 24h cream is also based on green. In this way the Matifiante products are in harmony with each other. All the art work is printed in 4 colours (CMYK). This way all colours can be created. The packagings indicate the product line. The cans and jars generally are the same. Only the Soleil Intensif and the Corporelle line are coloured differently. Henriëtte Faroche: the skincare products come in matt transparent jars or mother-of-pearl coloured tubes Henriëtte Faroche Corporelle: the Corporelle products come in white or blue-coloured cans and jars. Henriëtte Faroche Soleil Intensif: the Henriëtte Faroche Sun products come in orange-coloured jars and tubes. 17 Guidelines printing The previous page contains an overview of the colours used in the Henriëtte Faroche line with the Pantone-numbers. These numbers are used to inform the printer when printing promotion material. Each Henriëtte Faroche line has it s own PMS colour and flower. The colours which are used for this line are only used in the name of the product. In the background a percentage of 20-30% of this same colour is used. The flowers are full colour, but a colour filter is added in order to maintain the total look of the product line. For example Hydrasence. The product name is printed in 100% PMS 251C, the flower is full colour but 20-30% transparent. De background is 20-30% PMS 251C. Light and soft There are a lot of colours used to indicate the various product lines and since we want to avoid a too colourful look we would like you to keep in mind that any communication has to be very light and soft. The strong colours are only used as accent colours. Each line has its own flower to indicate the product line. Therefore we are not committed to only one flower in communication. Each flower can be used to decorate for example an advertisement if only the flower is light coloured. For the corporate communication: Body text Body text and headers always have to be PMS Cool grey 11 (70% Black) Font type: The letter type of the text of all communication based around Henriëtte Faroche should be Century Gothic. Accent text Accent text always has to be 20% PMS Cool grey 11 Font type: Edwardian Script The logo is build up in two colours grey: The diamond is 44% Black Text in logo is 70% Black On tubes, jars and cans the logo and product name is printed in silver foil print. Faroche Homme The main colors of Faroche Homme are black, white and green. With the leaf printed in the background, Faroche Homme packaging links to the natural background of Henriette Faroche. Instead of flowers, watersplashes in a blue-grey colour can be used to decorate for example an advertisement. For the corporate communication of Faroche Homme Body text Font type Body text and headers always have to be black The letter type of the text of all communication based around Faroche Homme should be Century Gothic. The logo has to be used in one color. In most cases this will be white or black, depending on the situation. 17

18 Brand presentation recommendations The brand style of Henriëtte Faroche needs to be communicated in the smallest detail. This means there are also decoration requirements of the showroom, training room and beauty salon. These requirements are mentioned below. Showroom The following items should be present in the showroom: Image poster Create a Henriëtte Faroche atmosphere by placing a poster together with some nice decorated products in your showroom. Henriëtte Faroche skincare display Should be positioned near to the pay desk if possible. The display should be well taken care of. The display invites your clients to try the products and helps you when giving information on the products. Brochures Brochures for both end consumer and beautician have to be exposed and encouraged to take along. Training and training rooms Also the Henriëtte Faroche training rooms within your company have to be decorated with Henriëtte Faroche items: Place the Henriëtte Faroche official training manuals on each seat. Place a Henriëtte Faroche tissue box on each table. Use the Henriëtte Faroche display to present the products in the room, it is recommendable to also place a poster next to the display in this room. In this way a good example is shown. The instruction has to be given with a Henriëtte Faroche PowerPoint presentation. You can download this presentation from our dealer portal. 18

19 Beauty salon In the various parts of the salon, different promotion material is needed. Not all clients will facilitate all rooms, however the guidelines underneath should be followed as much as possible. Treatment room Poster and carton diamonds Henriëtte Faroche The P.O.S. materials will contribute to the atmosphere in the salon. Linen All treatment chairs should be equipped with a Henriëtte Faroche towel. When the chair is not being used, the towel should be closed down (in a roll) with the Henriëtte Faroche logo facing forward positioned in the chair. Salon products The products used in the salon are positioned next to the chair on a suitable table/trolley. Products and especially pumps have to be taken care of and cleaned on a daily basis. The pumps and the bottles/tubes, may not contain resume of product. Pay desk / counter The skincare display Should be positioned near to the pay desk. The display should be well taken care of. Counter presentation The most recent (quarterly) offer should be presented in style on the counter Consumer brochures Should be positioned near the counter display and the skincare display. The consumer has to be able to easily take a brochure home. Waiting room Brochures For the consumer to read and to take home. All available brochures should be positioned in the waiting room, clearly visible for the clients. Posters There should be at least one skincare poster (free of choice) hanging at the wall in the waiting room. Products It s recommendable to place some products in the waiting room purely as decoration. Exhibition recommendations All Henriëtte Faroche brochures should be available on the stand or in the showroom during a homefair. Special offers that are presented on the exhibition or homefair should be communicated to the clients/prospects before the exhibition begins. During an exhibition it is wise to demonstrate by using big tv screens and audio. In this way you attract a lot more prospects that would normally pass your stand The Henriëtte Faroche image video should be played during an exhibition or homefair. For demonstration support, please contact our training department at least 4 weeks in advance. Make sure you have enough contact forms on your stand. In this way suspects can leave their name & address behind and you are able to contact them afterwards. 19

So therefore we developed the Analyse Card and the Consultation Card Analyse card After the treatment the beautician analyses the clients skin and fills out the Analyse card. The Analyse card shows the skin zones of the face and which products need to be used by the client for each zone. In this way the beautician gets more easily into to the advisors-role and feels less like a sales person. This makes selling more easily for the beautician as she will consider it as advising instead of selling. The client want to be advised on her skin care, why otherwise she would visit a beautician! Consultation card This card needs to be filled out together with the client on the first appointment. The card answers questions like the main reason the client visit the beautician and gives all kind of background information on the client. When the beautician know someone s reasons for visiting the beautician, she can easily hitch in: couperose? This cream is perfect for sensitive skin with couperose. So the beautician can let the card help her with the sales! 38 Training directives Trainer should be available Dancohr requires of their dealers they have the possibility to train their clients professionally. So you must have a trainer in your company. Training room should always be available In order to market the brand in the market, your clients need to be trained professionally. Therefore a training room is necessary. In the training room the brand needs to be presented completely and the best way possible. This room should inspire your clients! First training The first training always takes place at Dancohr in Weert, The Netherlands. We always need two days (from ) for a starter training. The dealer should bring the trainer who will be responsible for the trainings in the dealers area/ country. We also recommend to bring one sales person, as in our opinion it is very important to motivate the right persons within your company. When key persons are well informed and enthusiastic about the brand and its products, sales will go easier. Knowledge sells. Dancohr will take care of the costs for maximum 2 double rooms and lunch. The dealer should take care of the travel costs. Training at location After we have trained the key persons within the dealers organization it is possible to book a trainer from Dancohr to come over to your company. You will have to discuss this with your account manager or training manager within Dancohr. Trainers of Dancohr are only available for dealers who present the full range of Henriëtte Faroche. For the training we demand that all products and machines what have to be trained are available, as well as all to be trained persons (!) It is advisable to make large groups of clients and personnel. Dancohr will take care of the travel costs. The dealer will take care of dinner and accommodation. Support on exhibitions Actually Dancohr expects from its distributor that their own trainer, who is fully trained in the products of Dancohr, will take care of the demonstrations. But when a refreshment or special push in the market is demanded we are always willing to help! Please contact the Dancohr export department to discuss the possibilities! Training updates / refreshments Your trainer(s) should visit Dancohr at least once a year for refreshment of the program. It s important to keep the knowledge up-to-date and to keep your trainer well informed in the newest developments. Dancohr will take care of the costs for maximum 2 double rooms and lunch. The dealer should take care of the travel costs. If a visit to Dancohr is not possible, please contact the Dancohr export department to discuss the possibilities. Regarding the training in your company: Material and products should be fully complete and available. Use of the Henriëtte Faroche training manuals and power point presentations is a must. Training manuals To teach your clients everything about the total concept of Henriëtte Faroche: brand, products, treatments and philosophy, we developed trainings. In this trainings the theoretical and practical part is fully discussed. All training manuals to support the trainings are available in English language. 38

Images, posters, advertisements and useful documents can now be downloaded through the dealer portal: dealer portal -> download -> major file sharing ->Henriëtte Faroche. The different folders already contain several documents. These folders will be updated by our brand managers. Please note that it takes 24 hours before new material can be seen. We would like to point out that the purchaser will bear the consequences for transport costs as well as the risk, also if the order is send on behalf Dancohr. Damaged shipments Should you receive a shipment which is damaged then we recommend you to mention this on the CMR and immediately contact your transport insurance. Dancohr Corporation can not be held responsible for transport damage as our shipments are packed in a solid and proper way and your shipment will be loaded with great care. From order, to shipment After you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation. The date mentioned on this confirmation is the date that your goods will expected to be ready in our warehouse. Always check your order confimation. The logistic department will always inform you, with dimensions and weight, as soon as your shipment is ready, you may then first inform your forwarder to pick up your shipment, not sooner. Arranging transport If we receive a routing order from your forwarder the logistic department can arrange transport for you. Without a routing order we kindly need to ask you to arrange the transport yourself. Shipments will only be prepared on behalf of our dealer and will only be delivered to our dealers, not to end consumers. Should you wish to sent goods directly to your customer then you have to arrange this with your forwarder and give them the special instructions. The CMR and the documents attached to the pallet are on behalf of our dealer. Documents With the shipment you will receive following document: - A packing list - A pallet loading list - The invoice(s) These are always attached on the outside of the pallet, unless we receive other instructions. Should you require any other documents besides the above mentioned documents, or if you have special requirements as to the shipment, please mention these when placing the order. All extra costs for preparing documents after your shipment has been loaded will be charged to you. Adjustments in confirmed orders take a lot of logistic handling. Therefore it is not possible to make adjustments in your order after you have received the order confirmation from Dancohr Corporation. If adjustments have to be made in the already confirmed order, Dancohr has to charge 75,- to cover the logistic handling costs. 47
