When distributing Bentlon in your country, good product knowledge is a must. Dancohr will provide extensive training. Besides learning about the background we also train you in all Unique Selling Points of the Bentlon products. Our international team can provide product trainings at our Dancohr Business Academy in the Netherlands or at location. As a distributor you will use these trainings to teach your clients everything about Bentlon. We offer all training manuals (power point presentation and education fi lms) in English. These training tools are ready to use or can be translated into your own language. Furthermore, we have instruction videos of several treatments. These videos you can fi nd on our YouTube channel Marketing support On a regular basis Bentlon designs marketing materials in English. 10 General Information Prices All prices are stated in EURO. Invoices will always be in this currency. All prices are based on Ex Works EXW. Please note that Dancohr Corporation B.V. is a manufacturer which works exclusively through appointed distributors and never sells directly to end users. For this reason the prices shown in the Export Price List are distributors prices only. Payment in advance. Margins In the enclosed export pricelist you will find the export prices and the recommended wholesale prices. The distributor can determine his own margin to the wholesale business (beauty salons, pedicure salons etc.). Orders Orders will be binding after confirmation by Dancohr Corporation B.V. by . The confirmation of the order will clearly state the delivery date. Adjustments in confirmed orders take a lot of logistic handling. Therefore it is not always possible to make adjustments in your order after having received the order confirmation. If adjustments have to be made in the already confirmed order, we urgently request to contact us immediately. Otherwise Dancohr has to charge 75,- to cover the logistic handling costs. Complaints Complaints regarding for example damage, missing articles or incorrect delivered items should be reported to Dancohr within 24 hours after the delivery of the order. Complaints filed after these 24 hours cannot be accepted. When applicable please provide us with pictures. 10

11 Payments Payments are always pre payment. Letters of Credit are found to be too costly for both parties and are not accepted for order amounts under the EURO = Payments will always be made in EURO Shipments / Delivery times Shipments will be done in accordance with the instructions received from the customer. In general, the lead time is six weeks after confi rmation of the order. Please check the order confi rmation for exact delivery times. Support Training manuals are available in Dutch, English and German language. Through regular newsletters Dancohr Corporation will inform their distributors of new developments, products and modifi cations. All Marketing materials are available at our dealer portal; each dealer can download all available marketing materials trough our dealer portal. Product trainings can be arranged at the Dancohr Corporation facilities or at location. Documentation On a regular basis Dancohr Corporation designs catalogues for each brand in Dutch, English and German language. The artwork of these catalogues is available for our distributors. 14 Sales directives Dancohr Corporation can provide exclusive rights to one distributor per country, per product group. To obtain exclusivity some guidelines will be leading. 1. Exclusivity can be provided for : - Bentlon Beauty - Bentlon Podiatry - Bentlon Beauty & Podiarty 2. A distributor is expected to place a minimum start order for his showroom and trainingroom which will be individually defi ned taking into account the dealers needs and wishes. 3. Start order is expected to represent at least 75% of the product range. 4. Individual year targets will be agreed upon in negotiations. To be able to sell optimally our brand, the distributor s knowledge of the products and philosophy has to be up-to-date and optimal at your entire Sales, Marketing and Training team. Please use the Bentlon brandprofi le and the available unique selling points manual to optimise the brand knowledge of your team. Keep you clients knowledge of the brand updated, too. The more knowledge one has, the easier sales will go. The whole Dancohr Export team is looking forward to support you and to provide you all the information you need to be a successful Bentlon dealer! Bentlon starter sets 2016 New starters The showroom is together with the catalogue and the exhibitions one of the most important tools to present the Bentlon range in an optimal way. Dancohr Corporation wants to support their new Bentlon dealers with starting up. Our Export department will support you to choose the products of the start order in an optimal way. The Bentlon start order can be divided in 3 different ranges: - Beauty - Wellness - Podiatry Existing dealers For the best Sales results it is mandatory to keep your showroom updated with our latest Bentlon novelties. All the novelties will either be listed in the Dealerguide, issued once a year in December/January, or they will be announced by . The novelties will also be mentioned in the yearly dealer account plan, which will be used during meetings and be accompanied by the quarterly turnover fi gures. Other than the showroom, exhibitions and catalogues also the distributor s website and all brochures have to be up to date. Quantity discounts In the appendix you will fi nd quantity discounts for several Bentlon products. You can also fi nd this information at the dealerportal --> Catalogue --> Quantity discounts. 14

38 Dancohr Business Academy Training is the enabler of sharing knowledge. Knowledge is considered essential in our business. Dancohr Business Academy is the main knowledge center of Dancohr and works with a team of professionals to educate customers and dealers on both theory as well as skills linked to the products and brands of Dancohr. Trainings are available at all levels and in different languages. Dancohr Business Academy is acknowledged as an official educational institute for the beauticians and podiatrists that work with Dancohr products. Training facilities Training remains one of the most important things, both in new dealer relationships as in existing relationships. Dancohr offers training at location for employees and/ or customers. However, the first training will take place at the Dancohr Business Academy in Weert, the Netherlands. The goal of the first training is not only to educate but also to enthuse employees of new dealers about the products, its unique selling points and its intended use. For that reason, Dancohr recommends to send off trainers and sales staff to reach this main purpose. > Besides free training, Dancohr Business Academy will sponsor 2 double rooms (max.) during the entire stay and lunch for all attendees. Training at location It is also possible to invite trainers of Dancohr Business Academy to your organization to train your employees, your customers or to support you at special events. In this case Dancohr trainers will provide full professional training at your local training facilities. It is expected that these facilities are well- equipped with the products that are to be trained. > Dancohr Business Academy will provide professional training and provide for the needed travel expenses. It is expected that the hosting dealer will arrange and provide for accommodation, food and beverages. Staying up to date To ensure knowledge and skills will not fade, Dancohr Business Academy invites your trainers to Weert at least once per year. Reference number and name of the product. Date of manufacturing (month year / serial number of that day). Special info: Fuse external: Voltage: Frequency: Power: Extra information. Rating of the fuse at the supply connection. Required voltage level for proper working in Volts. Required frequency for proper working in Hertz. Power consumption in watts. Serial number of the product. Warning, read the documents supplied before use. Fragile, handle with care. Keep the product dry. This machine must be disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner. This label guarantees that the product has been constructed according to the latest EU directives. Do not remove this sticker. The details stated on the sticker are important for the guarantee and you will need to provide these details should you require information about the machine from your supplier. 41

42 General Logistic Information Delivery term FCA Dancohr Corporation B.V. will prepare the shipment, forwarders can load the goods at the warehouse in Weert. The purchaser will bear transportation costs as well as possible risk involved with the shipment, also if the order is sent on behalf of Dancohr. Damaged shipments Should you receive a shipment which is damaged then we recommend you to mention this on the CMR and immediately contact your transport insurance. Dancohr Corporation can not be held responsible for transport damage as our shipments are packed in a solid and proper way and your shipment will be loaded with great care. From order to shipment After you have placed your order you will receive an order confi rmation. The date mentioned on this confi rmation is the date that your goods will expected to be ready in our warehouse. The logistic department will always inform you, with dimensions and weight, as soon as your shipment is ready. You can then fi rst inform your forwarder to pick up your shipment. Orders are binding Adjustments in confi rmed orders take a lot of logistic handling. Therefore it is not possible to make adjustments in your order after you received the order confi rmation from Dancohr Corporation. If adjustments have to be made in the already confi rmed order, Dancohr charges 75,- to cover the logistic handling costs. Arranging transportation If we receive a routing order from your forwarder the logistic department can arrange transportation for you. Without a routing order we kindly need to ask you to arrange the transportation yourself. Shipments will only be prepared on behalf of our dealer and will only be delivered to our dealers, not to end consumers. Should you wish to send goods directly to your customer then you have to arrange this with your forwarder and give them the special instructions. The CMR and the documents attached to the pallet are on behalf of our dealer. Documents With the shipment you will receive following document: - A packing list - A pallet loading list - The invoice(s) These are always attached on the outside of the pallet, unless we receive other instructions. Should you require any other documents besides the above mentioned documents, or if you have special requirements as to the shipment, please mention these when placing the order. All extra costs for preparing documents after your shipment have been picked up will be charged to you. Changes can influence the delivery date. 42
