The indoor seated area provides all the same features as the outdoor area in a sheltered environment with a lower level of water. Hydrotherapy exploits the bodies reaction to hot and cold stimuli, to the protracted application of heat, to pressure exerted by the water and to the sensation it gives. Temperature c Bio Sauna Offers many benefits of the rock sauna in a more comfortable environment to those not wishing to experience the very high temperatures of the rock sauna. Temperature c From Ancient Rome, the steam room is used to provide many of the benefits of the modern sauna, but with a much lower temperature. The humid environment is ideal for those with respiratory problems who would otherwise not to be able to benefit from a thermal experience. 9 SPA INFORMATION Treatments can be booked either by or calling the spa direct. To guarantee your perfect time and date, please book well in advance. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment time to guarantee that your treatment begins on time. This will allow you to be fully relaxed and have completed or updated your wellness questionnaire. Should you arrive late for your appointment, we will endeavour to fulfil the treatment time. All our treatment times include consultation and aftercare advise Full payment is required upon booking. This is non-refundable Please provide us with at least 72 hours notice if you are unable to make your reservation and we will be happy to reschedule. All vouchers must be brought on the day to redeem against your reservation. Failure to do so will result in your spa day being cancelled. In an effort to provide a totally relaxed environment, we ask that you refrain from using your mobile phone in public areas in the spa. Photos and videos are not permitted to be taken in the spa. A swimming costume is obligatory when using our thermal suites. Underwear must be worn during treatments. Consultation and aftercare advice are included in the treatment time. For health and safety reasons, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the thermal suites. Treatments for children under16 are restricted and they must be accompanied by an adult: please ask at the spa reception for further details On making your reservation, please advise us if you have any health concerns or if you may be pregnant so that we can guide you towards the best treatments. Some of our treatments are not suitable for pregnancies within the first trimester. If you would like us to create a bespoke treatment plan during your stay, private spa consultations are available free of charge by appointment. We recommend you leave all valuables at home. We cannot be responsible for any missing items in the spa. Jewellery needs to be removed prior to treatments commencing. All treatments are subject to availability.
