2 BETTER CHOICES FOR ALL Target created a health-focused promo that features a collection of organic and nontoxic products, including a range of cleaning supplies, snacks, baby products and vitamins. Continuing with the health trend, the retailer is discounting activewear: discount highlights include $10 off Champion apparel and shoes with a purchase of $50 or more and $5 off with a purchase of $30 or more. THE MORE YOU BUY, THE MORE YOU GET This week, Macy s is running its Macy s Money event, offering extra savings on top of coupons and sale prices, with discounts valid in-store from September The retailer is giving shoppers a $10 reward card with a purchase of $50 $74.99 and a $40 reward card with a purchase of $200 or more. An extra 20% off applies to select sale and clearance apparel for women, men and kids when customers use their Macy s Card. In addition, Macy s is offering 30% 75% off fall apparel from September US PROMO HIGHLIGHTS 30% OFF The Saks Fifth Avenue Wardrobe Event features 30% off the retailer s private brand for men and an extra 10% off for SaksFirst members when they use their Saks Card. Discounts apply in-store and online through October 4. Fall apparel, shoes and accessories are discounted, and deals include denim jeans for $171.50, a wool Fedora hat for $87.50, sweatpants for $89.60 and a leather jacket for $488. Customers can save an extra 5% with the purchase of three items and an extra 10% with the purchase of four items. Discounts apply to dishwashers, refrigerators, washers, dryers and microwaves. Televisions, Bluetooth sound bars and vacuums from other top brands are 10% off. HOME SALE Kmart s Home Sale features savings on bedding, lamps, dorm decor, furniture and electronic appliances. Discounts include up to 30% off frames and candles; buy one, get one 50% off on decorative pillows; 10% off all Ninja kitchen appliances; and up to 25% off Halloween home decor and dining. Fall shoes and apparel for the family are also on sale. 4 A/W SNEAK PEEK Fashion editorials seem to be all about new trends for the season, and George by Asda has published a blog post revealing key clothing pieces it will stock for the coming autumn. The theme is again about layering, with coats, jackets, capes, ponchos and faux fur gilets in warm, earthy colors. Other trending items are suede skirts and Aztec-inspired prints, which seem to be a prominent part of George s fall clothing collection. NEW SEASON LOOKS In a blog post, House of Fraser has put together key pieces to create 10 looks for the impending autumn season. The looks include color-blocked items with muted hues paired with single pieces in prints or motifs, all accesorized with bags or jewelry in earthy tones. With the season demanding layering, the blog stresses classic denim and leather jackets and lightweight floor-duster coats in khaki and brown. UK PROMO HIGHLIGHTS 50% OFF AT F&F The clothing brand at Tesco, F&F, is running a 50% off sale on selected lines in the women s, men s and children s departments. The retailer is offering big discounts on bikini shorts, briefs and tops, with each item now costing just 1 (US$1.56). Shift dresses are 10 (US$16), men s full-sleeved shirts are 8 (US$13) and men s cargo shorts are 6 (US$9). There are attractive discounts in the children s department, too, such as christening dresses for 8 (US$13) and leather school brogues for 13 (US$20). The sale offers are available online from 6AM BST on Tuesday, September 22, and in-store on Wednesday, September 23.
