3 MOTHER S DAY PROMO HIGHLIGHTS LOWEST PRICES Like last year, Kmart is offering sales on women s apparel for Mother s Day, but this year there are more brands and styles that are on sale, including sleepwear, swimwear and junior s items. GIFTS FOR MOM Across the board, jewelry seems to be one of the most popular items for Mother s Day sales. Kohl s, JCPenney, Macy s and Saks had sales last year on various jewelry pieces for Mother s Day. This year, Macy s and Saks offered the same. Target and Kmart are running sales on some of their jewelry as well. JUST FOR HER Macy s did a promotion this year for its fragrance and beauty collections for Mother s Day, which included many of the top fashion designers fragrances. 4 MOTHER S DAY PROMO HIGHLIGHTS LOVE MOM SALE JCPenney had very similar Mother s Day sales this year and last year, including 40% Off Select Dresses and many sale items and discounts in the Worthington Collection. GIFT GUIDE Saks also had a variety of items on sale for Mother s Day. The company focused on the price of the items for some of its sales, highlighting items that were under $150. VITAMINS Walmart is putting an emphasis on healthier items and food products, just as it did last week. These include yogurts, vitamins and blood glucose meters. Debenhams is advertising a Bank Holiday Event with 20% off across most categories while House of Fraser is launching its 30% off Big Brand Sale at 5 p.m. tonight Spring Summer Beauty Marks & Spencer, House of Fraser and Boots are all promoting beauty products and new looks as the retail focus moves to summer.
