Homestead Campus Coco Ledo l Cosmetology Instructor North Miami Beach Campus Anna Gonzalez l Associate Dir. of Financial Aid Palm Beach Academy Dr. Avis Chapman l Cosmetology Instructor She is passionate in all she does and is an excellent team player. From teaching her class or covering multiple classes, to state board reviews and covering the salon floor, her ability to flex and multi task in order to ensure our students/clients receive the best experience is amazing. We are lucky to have Mrs. Ledo on our team! Dr. Avis Chapman is a self-motivated Cosmetology Instructor who engages her students in all types of activities. She is dedicated and volunteers her time when needed.

4 OH NO! No Shaving Cream? Don t worry, there s a simple solution sitting right in your shower. It s your shampoo s best friend! Yes you guessed it. Conditioner will soften the hair which makes it easier to shave. Also it will leave your skin feeling super silky! 5 SUCCESS STORIES JEFF JEAN I SOUTH BEACH Jeff Jean is a former graduate from the barbering program at North Miami Beach campus. Jeff is currently working at Hall Of Fame a renown Barbershop inn South Beach where he has been employed for 2 years. Jeff also has a business website Barberinmiami.com which sells barber supplies and styling products. Jeff is currently enrolled in our ITECH program. He plans on moving to Australia to become a barber educator. He wants to bring his Miami barber flare to the Aussie. He will also be visiting our campus as a motivational speaker. Keep an eye out for Jeff Jean! YONIEL GONZALEZ I MIAMI Yoniel Gonzalez is a great example of what you can achieve when you give your everything. He started his journey at BSA in August He has won many competitions, including Best Scissors Cut at The Beauty and Barber Expo & Competition. Yoniel is currently employed at The Spot Barbershop. We can t wait to see what else he accomplishes in his career as a barber. YOSDAN LUSBEL I HIALEAH Yosdan started trying to become a nurse back in He then realized that his passion was somewhere else. After some research, he discovered that Beauty Schools of America was the right fir for him. From day one, he felt welcomed and in about a year, he became a Licensed Cosmetologist. BSA helped him find a job where he spent a couple years working in an industry where he found that opportunities and possibilities of career growth were and still are endless. He came back to BSA to become an Esthetician. While taking his Skin Care classes, the Electrolysis and Laser Technician program was introduced at BSA and he realized that BSA had all the necessary tools for a better future. After many years and life changing experiences with BSA, he continues his journey as an Electrolysis and Laser Technician Instructor at our BSA Hialeah Campus with the mission of guiding his students to success, where dreams do come true.
