1 About Your Spa Experience Welcome to the Spa at Trump. We are pleased to offer the ultimate spa experience, which includes the use of our Fitness Center, pool and full amenity locker rooms with steam rooms and saunas. APPOINTMENTS AND RESERVATIONS We strongly recommend that you schedule spa appointments prior to your arrival at the Spa. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card. ARRIVAL We suggest that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow you ample time to sign in and enjoy a steam and shower in our wellappointed locker rooms and relax in our lounge areas. LATE ARRIVAL As a courtesy to following clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service fee. CANCELLATION Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance for single services and 48 hours in advance for multiple treatments. Failure to follow this policy will result in a 50% charge to your credit card. No-show and late arrivals will be charged in full. CHOOSING YOUR TREATMENT Our spa reservation department will help you plan the perfect spa experience based on your specific needs. ATTIRE A robe, slippers and day locker will be provided for you upon arrival to the Spa. Disrobe to the level of your comfort. SPECIAL HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS Please notify our reservation department if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, special needs or if you are pregnant. This information may also be completed on your Dossier upon arrival at the Spa. SHAVING Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation treatments or hair removal services.

A waiver and release must also be completed prior to the service. All Trump Kids must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their visit.

5 AGE REQUIREMENT All individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years must have a Waiver and Release of Liability signed by a parent or legal guardian. In addition to having a Waiver and Release of Liability signed by a parent or legal guardian, all individuals aged twelve (12) to sixteen (16) years must be accompanied by such parent or legal guardian at all times while in the spa, including while in a treatment room. Individuals under the age of twelve (12) are not eligible to receive spa services with the exception of hair services, nail services (manicure and pedicure) and make-up. Such individuals must also have a Waiver and Release of Liability signed by a parent or legal guardian. CELLULAR PHONES In consideration of our other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone and/or pager before entering the Spa. VALUABLES The Spa is not responsible for damage or loss of your personal belongings. Our recommendation is not to bring valuables to the Spa. PAYMENT AND SERVICE CHARGES We accept all major credit cards, traveler s checks and cash. Hotel guests may also charge the service to their room. A Spa usage fee of $20 will be asked of those guests using the facilities without receiving a treatment of $90 or more. SPA HOURS Monday Thursday Friday - Sunday *Seasonal hours may vary.
