24 How To Clean New8Beauty Nail Brushes Set Just like any other brush used for painting, the nail art brushes must be cleaned after it is used. Never use the acetone nail polish remover to wash New8Beauty Nail Brush Set. This will weaken the glue and will cause the bristles will fall out. Eventually, doing this will slowly ruin your brushes. Clean your brush in a small glass with water after each stroke while you re working. Never let the bristle touch the bottom of the glass as it tips will become bent. You can avoid this by using clothespin to keep the bristles from touching the bottom of the container, keeping them straight. Never let it cover any part of the ferrule or handle. You may clean your nail brushes using nail polish thinner, and let the brushes dry naturally. Remember, do not run the brushes under water. This will cause the nail thinner to ball up and get stuck in the bristles. Wipe the brush on a clean paper towel or lint-free wipe. Repeat as needed until your brush is clean! Shape the bristles together with your fingers to take out excess water and reform the original shape of the brush. 20

While painting, do not immerse the brush head completely in the paint, just immerse it enough wet the tip of it. Once you have applied а coat of varnish on your nail, let it dry. Once it is dried start painting. The next step involves using your brush to make the outlines. For beginners, start with making few simpler designs or shapes. Try to make bubbles with circles or zig-zag lines and so on. Initially, you may find it difficult to grab the paint brush, but then try holding it in different angels and you will get to know which angle gives you the maximum grip. You will need to start from the center, from where you had dabbed earlier. As you go further from the center, apply а little pressure to make those petals thicker. The petals must be thicker towards the outer edge and relatively thinner from the center. You can draw four to five petals. It will come to you naturally, if you know how to draw flowers (which I am sure most of us do). Make sure that you do them neatly, and after every petal you make, let them dry so that the other petal which you will make must not bloat with it. Once you have made your design and are happy with it, 23

28 apply a top coat. This is the most important part as we want our design to be sealed. And here you are, ready with your flower design. The paint job is effortless, after all we all know how to draw flowers. Repeat it for the nails of your fingers or toes too. But remember to let the design be uniform on all of them. For better results, rest your hand/feet on a table to avoid shaky hands which can ruin your design. To make your nail art look more vibrant, make use of as much colors as you can, and use them differently. Also, it is good to keep nail varnishes of a variety of colors to match with your wardrobe. You can also try some freehand nail art designs on them. If you are too skeptical to experiment on your nails, then for you to practice you can get some false nail tips or you can also first try some simple designs, and can practice on them. Once you decide that, you also need pictures of these, so that you don t mess up the flag, and end up wasting a lot of nail polish and remover. First give all your nails а wash with the white nail polish. Then, referring to the picture, use the thin brush, and the respective colors of the flags, to draw them on the nails. Let them dry. Vine with Flowers Nail Polish Shades Required: Green, White, Bright Red First, paint all your nails white. Then, take the thin brush, dip it in the green color, and draw а meandering vine from one corner of the nail, to the opposite diagonal corner. Draw some small leaves on the vines at regular intervals. Once the vines dry, take the red color with the thin brush, and make some pretty flowers, between the leaves. 36

Once your nail design is finished, wait longer before you apply the top coat. Slightly glide the top coat over the nails so that only the top coat touches the nail, and not the top coat brush. Only use 3 strokes to apply the top coat. How To Dry Your Nails Fast Use a fast drying top coat. Use a PAM cooking spray. Spray a thin even coat of PAM cooking spray over your nails with a piece of paper towel beneath your hands. Massage the oil into your cuticles and skin. Rinse your 41

46 hands to remove excess oil. Dip your entire nails with olive oil around 5 seconds can massage the remaining oil into your cuticles. Rinse off the excess oil. Gently place your nails into a bowl of cold water with ice cubes for a few minutes to quicken the drying process. Make sure you don't bump your nails against the ice cubes as it will smudge your nail art. How To Make Your Nail Polish Last Longer Don t overload your nails with nail polish. Go for thinner strokes. Thick layers tend to peel off. File your nails in one direction. Back and forth directions will weaken the nail, and resulting in breakage and peeling issues. When you apply the top coat, remember to seal the edge of your nails. Use gloves when doing house chores like washing dishes. Apply vinegar to your nails before base coat. 42
