3 Conceptul de performanta Performanta reprezinta masura in care a fost atins standardul stabilit pentru o persoana sau o organizatie, intr-o anumita perioada de timp Standardul de performanta trebuie sa fie corelat cu: Cerintele mediului in care isi desfasoara activitatea persoana sau organizatia respectiva Potentialul persoanei sau organizatiei 5 Managementul prin obiective Este un mod de conducere si realizare a planurilor companiei bazat pe stabilirea si urmarirea realizarii obiectivelor, atat la nivel organizational cat si individual 6 3

7 Obiective si indicatori de performanta Obiectiv: o stare pe care trebuie s-o realizeze organizatia sau persoana la sfarsitul perioadei Indicatori de realizare (tinte/kpi = key performance indicators, in L. Eng.): setul de parametri care, odata masurati la sfarsitul perioadei, indica masura/gradul in care a fost atins obiectivul 13 Caracteristicile unui obiectiv Definit ca stare (substantiv), nu ca activitate (verb) Specific organizatiei sau persoanei: se estimeaza ca poate fi realizat de aceasta exclusiv cu autoritatea de care dispune Masurabil: se dispune de un set de indicatori de realizare (Ce? si cat?) Ambitios: obiectivul contribuie in cea mai mare masura la atingerea scopurilor de ordin superior Realizabil: se estimeaza ca poate fi realizat de organizatie sau persoana exclusiv cu resursele de care dispune si in perioada respectiva Definit in Timp si spatiu (Cand? si Unde?) 14 7

Desfasurati, in perechi, interviul de evaluare pentru cate o singura tema din urmatoarele trei: (1) Obiective individuale, (2) Sarcini si responsabilitati, (3) Competente. Observatorii vor urmari si evalua aspectele legate de conducerea interviului incluse in "Formularul de evaluare a tehnicii de interviu". Observatorii si instructorul vor face apoi comentarii verbale asupra desfasurarii acestor secvente de interviu
