But, it came recommended and word of mouth is usually a pretty good start. We tried the Organic Tomato and Three Cheese and it was mmm mmm good! American Flatbread Company is located in the Mad River Valley of Vermont on historic Lareau Farm... Each flatbread is made by hand from organic ingredients and there are currently six varieties available. Ingredients come from local farmers and all of their products are packaged, marketed and distributed in an environmentally friendly way. Now if you ever decide to visit the Green Mountains, plan a trip to American Flatbread because the bakery becomes an informal, year-round restaurant, but only on Friday and Saturday evenings.
