22 SCULPT DERMAL FILLERS With peptides Dermal fillers contain peptide complexes such as Nonapeptide-18 (CG-Formade) and Oligopeptide-55 (CG-Collagrin). Nonapeptide-18 (CG-Formade) suppresses the activity of hyaluronidase and matrix metalloproteinase which cause collagen reduction. With the use of fibroblasts, it regulates the synthesis of hyaluronic acid and increases synthesis of collagen fibers. Oligopeptide-55 (CG-Collagrin) has a powerful antioxidant effect and is responsible for regulating cell proliferation with keratinocytes and fibroblasts. 25 SCULPT PRODUCTS Based on PDRN Polynucleotides - fragments of low molecular DNA - are capable of triggering active regeneration and cell division processes. The Sculpt products with PDRN for injections are made from raw materials of animal origin such as the milt of salmonid fish.
