Late cancellations and no show appointments cost us precious time and money, and are unfair for clients on the waiting list, who can use your booked time-slot. 6 Pampering Foot Rituals Our feet are our connection to the Earth and to ourselves. They support us, alert us to imbalances in the rest of our body, and take us to wherever we ask them to! So treat them to the loving care they deserve with one of these beautiful pampering rituals! All the foot rituals below include: a fragrant warm soak, a thorough pedicure, an exfoliating scrub, a relaxing foot & leg massage, a moisturizing mask and nail polish application. Tea Tree and disposable liners are used for additional hygiene. AED 185 (60 minutes) Strawberry Smoothie Your feet are soaked in a warm nut milk bath infused with lavender oil. After a thorough scrub and pedicure, a lovely mask made from fresh strawberries and oatmeal is applied, followed by a relaxing foot and half leg massage and the application of your chosen toxic-free nail polish. (Note: Strawberries contain a natural fruit acid which aids in exfoliation. Lavender oil is great for relaxation). Green Tips Your feet are soaked in a refreshing peppermint aromatherapy bath. After a thorough scrub and pedicure, a lovely mask made from fresh avocados and mint is applied, followed by a relaxing foot and half leg massage and the application of your chosen toxic-free nail polish. (Note: Peppermint Oil aids in circulation, is anti-inflammatory and an antiseptic. Avocados are great for very dry skin as they contain natural rich moisturizing oils. Not recommended for pregnant women). Citrus Bliss Your feet are soaked in a warm zesty bath containing citrus essential oil and slices of fresh lemon. After a thorough scrub and pedicure, a lovely mask made from fresh lemon zest and maple syrup is applied, followed by a relaxing foot and half leg massage and the application of your chosen toxic-free nail polish. (Note: Citrus essential oil reduces stress, prevents insomnia & aids the immune system). Rose Garden Your feet are soaked in a warm and fragrant rose water bath. After a thorough scrub and pedicure, a lovely mask made from dried rose petals and rose essential oil is applied, followed by a relaxing foot and half leg massage and the application of your chosen toxic-free nail polish. (Note: Rose water has anti-inflammatory properties. Rose essential oil is a natural antiseptic and astringent, as well as being an aphrodisiac!). Divine Detox Your feet are soaked in a hot baking soda and sea salt bath. This is the most essential step for a proper detox, as hot water draws toxins out of the body to the skin's surface, and while the water cools, it pulls toxins from the skin. Applying polish is optional if you wish to keep your toes polish-free. This is a great natural detox for the whole body through your feet! (Note: sea salts are naturally high in minerals beneficial to the skin & body. Baking soda helps wash away perspiration & neutralizes acids on the skin. It s especially great for soothing skin rashes & helps chronic problems like eczema & psoriasis. 8 Ammonia-Free Hair Colour Ammonia-Free Herbal hair colours work differently than chemical hair colours, which aggressively remove natural pigments from the interior of the hair shaft, and replace them with synthetic dyes. This way, your initial hair colour can be completely changed.
