12 Kathmandu Ki Sigdi Se CHICKEN CHOILA ( Classic nepali newari food) (Classic nepali shewers) While Making Choila in a typical or traditional way,the meat is cooked over fire made by using straw rice or wheal, However,While making it at home,you can cook it over charcoal or over a heated pan at home (you will however not have smoky taste) INGREDIENTS 1 kg chicken cut into smoll bite pieces 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tbsp chili flakes 1 tbsp red chili paste 1 tbsp cumin powder 2 tbsp ginger, garlic past 1 tsp timur 1 tsp black salt 2-3 stalks of green garlic leaves or green onion leaves 5-6 green chilies sliced 6-7 pods thin julienned garlic 1 inch fresh thin julienned ginger 2 tbsp lemon juice (optional ) 1 cup chopped cilantro for garnish Salt to taste For Tempering 2-3 tbsp mustard oil 1 tsp fenugreek seed 1 tsp turmeric powder PROCEDURE : First of all, clean the chicken and cut it into medium bite size pieces, then heat a non stick pan and add all the chicken pieces cooking it over high heat for about ten minutes on both side (for better flavor use charcoal grill) When the chicken pieces are cooked nicely remove it from the heat and add to a big mixing bowl, Then add all the herbs and spices except for those that are required for tempering and mix everything thoroughly,now meat mustard oil in a pan and add fenugreek seed, When it turns dark,switch off the heat add turmeric to it, Pour the mixture over the chicken pieces and mix it well,leave it aside for about ten to fifteen minutes and then, Serve you chicken choila with chiuwra (beaten rice and side home made achar Executive Chef Daniel Gomes Casino Pride Nepal

MOVIE REVIEW FIRANGI To start with, first of all I m not the one who will do the most foolish things like unfolding the plot or the story of the movie as many other critics or review writers have been doing from last many years.its most the irresponsible and unethical thing one can do. Anyways let s talk about Kapil Sharma starer FIRANGI directed by Rajiv dhingra.even the tortoise would have run on a faster pace than the screenplay of the film does. The monotony of the scenes hardly spark any excitement among the viewers. Good amount of money seems to be spent on the movie which is very unlikely to be recovered. Performances of Kumud mishra, Jamil khan,rajesh Sharma, Edward Sonenblick, Jatinder Kaur as Grandmother, Inaamulhaq & Monica Gill are something to look upon. Ishita dutta who plays the female lead has taken up the wisest decision in life by getting married in real life just before the release of this film. As she is the most boring heroine of any hindi film.kapil Sharma who is also the producer of this film plays the leading man Manga in firangi and leaves his mark with an honest portrayal of his character.i will never tell my readers whether to watch any movie or give it a miss, after all films are made for audience only and hell lots of efforts are put behind the scenes.
