I always cook for enough to feed the whole street (well that s what people tell me if you know me). I d rather have too much than to little, that s my life motto! Cooking is my passion and I love making people happy with my dishes. You wouldn t guess but the kitchen is my most favorite place at home, our kitchen has an open layout and I m able to chat up with the guest in the dining room. With our 3 meter long dinner table there is enough room for friends and family to joi for a great meal. / WHAT DO YOU NEED: 100 gram sushi rice A dash of rice vinegar 1 avocado 50 gram wakame (seaweed salad) 20 gram fish eggs 100 gram fresh fish 50 ml wasabi mayonnaise 2 dashes soy sauce 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce / SUSHI TARTLET I have created another fun recipe for StyleTone! Something a little different than a sushi roll, and even easier to make! You can make the sushi tartlet with various types of fish, I used fresh salmon, but raw tuna, mackerel or normal tuna can also be used. Enjoy it ladies!! Grab a round shape and a round plate and add the rice Allow the rice to cool down before filling the tartlet. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pip and peel the avocado, then cut the fruit into slices. Continue to fill the tartlet with the fresh fish, wakame, wasabi mayonnaise and fish eggs. You can make the wasabi mayonnaise yourself by mixing 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise with 2 tablespoons of wasabi paste (decide for yourself, the more mayonnaise, the milder). Spoon the sweet soy sauce over this and serve with soy sauce if you like.
