10 Input systems Different input substrates need different input systems. That is why we do not rely on a standard system to fill your biogas unit that will end up costing you money. To produce an accurate, reliable dosage for your unit, we create a solution that is perfectly tailored to your needs and guarantees high yields. But that does not mean you are tied down forever. Our input systems are so flexible that they can be adapted retrospectively at any time. From side feed to top feed to roof feed, and from vertical mixer to high-performance spiral conveyor to pump system, all our components are hard-wearing and effectively protected against corrosion, so you can always count on low energy use and a long service life.

16 Our tanks From Siberian cold to tropical heat, from a farm unit to an industrial project, the profitability of your biogas unit depends in no small part on the tanks you use. So our product range does not just feature three standard models for you to base your unit round. Instead, we calculate precisely which tanks you will need to achieve optimum mixing and heat transfer in order to guarantee high decomposition rates. Our tanks are almost endlessly scalable, so you can be sure that they will be perfect for the conditions on your site. We design our systems with the focus on minimising energy consumption and maximising compactness even in systems with large fermenting volumes.

22 Our agitators Your biogas unit will produce maximum yields when all the components are perfectly matched, thus ensuring optimum availability. So we always design our systems with a high degree of operational reliability and low-maintenance components. And that applies particularly to the agitator. Your substrate must be properly and reliably mixed in order to ensure stable biological operation. Only then can you be sure to obtain a consistently high gas quality. Our experts know whether you would be best served with our innovative central agitator technology with large impeller agitators or a submersible agitator. We make sure the agitator is the right size and that it uses as little energy as possible.

28 Heating systems Because they are so well insulated, our biogas units are suitable for use both in areas with extremely high ambient temperatures and in very cold climate zones. Nonetheless, you will need a heating system that ensures fast and efficient heat transfer. After all, in these times of high substrate costs you will want to make optimum use of the gas potential. Whether the digestion process is mesophilic or thermophilic, we get the heat right where it is needed: in the substrate. And whether this can be done more efficiently with an interior heating system or an external heat exchanger is not a matter of principle for us. We calculate in advance exactly which system fits better into your overall biogas unit concept.
