To bring them more in line with World Fashion branding strategy, Word Fashion Galleria may hold many mini-shops laid out along pathways that lead to a town square, which will host events and gatherings, such as fashion shows, for customers.

20 MANAGED-LICENSE FEE SCHEDULE When paying the WFO Facility Brands Package for World Fashion Galleria as a umbrella license, the licensee is to enjoy any additional and various kinds of WF Brands within its economic boundary described as World Fashion Café, World Fashion Restaurant, World Fashion Collection, World Fashion Shop and etc. More important, WFO and World Fashion Brands & Merchandising Group (WFBM Group) are to fully cooperate with the licensee of World Fashion Galleria to develop a World Fashion City, the WFO s flagship project, in the boundary of respective city/region. In further protection of the licensee of World Fashion Galleria, the licensee of World Fashion Galleria is also privileged to hold the vested rights of such brands within the coming World Fashion City facility even when developed not under the licensee s initiative. For over years, World Fashion Galleria has been producing a variety of services under the brand names, including but not limited to World Fashion Galleria, World Fashion Collection, World Fashion Shop and many others in coordination with World Fashion Organization.
