2 FUNCTION Treatment preparation Prepare 2 hot towels, Porcelain spoons in iced water, 2 x Instant heaters, Facial cleansing brush Scented linen water: spray on linens before the guest arrives. 1 tsp of Nourishing Body Modelling Butter in the hot-cabi for the hand massage. 80 minutes Cleanse 8 mins Exfoliate 14 mins Liftoplastie Massage 20 minutes Relaxing Massage 12 mins Tightening Serum 1 minute Bio-cellulose mask 20 mins Final smoothing 4 mins Enhancing finale Remove eye and lip makeup with Eye & Lip Make-up Removing Fluid (Mallow extract) Apply 1 packet of Velvet Cleansing Cream (Shea polyphenols) with circular movements on face, neck & décolleté then remove with wipes and then apply a warm towel spritzed with the Scented Linen Water and perform pressure movements on top of the towel. Apply Floral Cleansing Lotion. (Rose flower extract) then dry the skin. AHA PHA Exfoliating Mousse (PHA 8% / AHA 3% Glycolic, Lipoaminoacids) Apply 1 packet in an even layer to the face, neck and décolleté avoiding the eye contour area. Leave for 5 minutes. During this waiting time perform the Digi-Esthetique massage of shoulders / back of neck with ¼ tsp of Plumping Modelling Balm. To remove, emulsify with the brush with circular movements working in horizontal lines on one half of face then the other. Rinse with wipes and repeat until thoroughly removed. Apply Floral Cleansing Lotion and dry. Liftoplastie Modelling Serum (Rose Stem Cells, Precious Porcelain flower, Hyaluronic Acid filling spheres) apply to face and neck with light strokes to create an even layer. Perform anti-wrinkle pinches/smoothing for 8 minutes. Specific Liftoplastie deep kneading movements 5 mins each side. Plumping Modelling Balm (Peach leaf extract, Tamarind seed extract) Apply ½ Tbs to the face, neck, décolleté and shoulders, perform the Sothys Digi-Esthetique relaxing massage. Wipe the lashes with a cotton pad to remove excess massage cream from the lashes. Apply a warm towel spritzed with the Scented Linen Water and perform pressure movements on top of the towel. Apply 1 packet of the Tightening Serum (Manioc extract, Tamarind seed extract) to the face and neck with light strokes to help penetration. Under the towel / sheet, position the Instant Heaters under the shoulders. Apply the pre-cut Bio-cellulose mask (Natural Polysaccharides), on the face first and then the neck. Leave for 15 minutes. During this time perform the Digi-Esthetique movements on scalp and the relaxing hand massage with the melted Nourishing Body Modelling Butter. Rinse with wipes then apply Floral Cleansing Lotion and dry the skin. Apply the packet of La Crème 128 to the face, neck & décolleté. Perform the specific movements smoothing movements with chilled Porcelain spoons over face and neck. Velvety filler (soft powders) apply a small amount to the face and jawline. 3 Recommended method to apply the warm towel to the face (after Cleansing & Massage) Apply the towel, starting with the neck and join the 2 upper corners at the forehead level. Perform several pressures on the towel: X X X X 1. Simultaneous pressures with hands: forehead and face contour 2. Simultaneous pressures with hands: sides of the face 3. Simultaneous pressures with fingertips: forehead 4. Simultaneous pressures with fingertips: above then under the eyes 5. Simultaneous pressures with fingertips: under the cheek bones 6. Simultaneous pressures with fingertips: under the jaw area Repeat 1 & 2: Simultaneous pressures with hands: forehead and face then sides of the face Remove the towel: maintain each corner and perform smoothing stokes outward, from forehead to chin. Fold down the towel on the décolleté and shoulders: pressures on the décolleté with palms. Wrap the towel around your hand and smooth from one shoulder to the other. 4 Digi-Esthétique Exfoliation Movements Digi-Esthétique Massage during exfoliation Massage during the exfoliation phase: Apply AHA-PHA exfoliating mousse in a even layer onto the face, neck and décolleté, avoiding eye contour. Leave on to work for 5 minutes and meanwhile perform massage of the nape and neck area. 1. a) Alternate circular motions with flat hands at nape of the neck around the prominence of the backbone. b) Effleurage with flat hands from the nape to the shoulders along trapezius a) With hands cradling the neck, slide with gentle pressure around the sides of the neck hands traveling up to the ceiling and head of the client. Work in 3 lines, step by step along the cervical column starting with at the base of the neck. b) Support the head at the base of the cranium, occipital bone and gently stretch the neck as the client exhales x Stretching: Turn the head of your client to one side, one hand supports the head under the occipital, the other hand rests as a bridge on the shoulder. As the client exhales apply pressure downwards on to the shoulder. Perform movement 4 on the same side, then change sides to perform 3 & 4 on the other side Digito-pressure: Stimulation on the Triple Heater Meridian As the client exhales apply firm pressure with the thumb, work along the points of the Triple Heater Meridian starting with the points on the neck first, then around the ear. As you move onto the face, apply pressure with finger tips. Perform each pressure only once then move onto the next point. Using the Facial cleansing brush From the forehead to the décolleté Work in circular movements along horizontal lines. Back and forth. One side then the other Rinse with moist wipes then work over the area a second time. Rinse with moist wipes again, then perfect with Floral Cleansing Lotion. Then dry. Specific Liftoplastie Movements Liftoplastie specific movements: between thumb and index finger Liftoplastie masseter Alternate deep kneading masseter muscle back and forth movements Liftoplastie zygomaticus Alternate deep kneading zygomaticus muscles back and forth movements Liftoplastie depressor anguli oris (triangularis) Alternate deep kneading depressor anguli oris muscle back and forth movements Liftoplastie orbicularis oculi Alternate deep kneading superior orbicularis oculi muscle back and forth movements Perform each movement on one side of the face and then repeat the same movements on the other side of the face. 5
