She is one of the top personal styling businesses in London where-in she spends time with amazing women and help them to look and feel incredible, regardless of their size, shape, age or budget. Gary Williams Gary undertook his formal training at the Ivor Spencer International School for Butler Administrators in London. The school has been established since 1981 and His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales invested Ivor Spencer with the MBE at Buckingham Palace in Gary was appointed in his first butler position as the Head butler, The Ritz, London - responsible for overseeing all the suites, including The Royal Suite, and attending to the requirements of the many VIP guests including Royalty, Prime Ministers, Heads of state, Movie Icons, Musicians and many more. Later he was the Major Domo for one of England s most prominent families, looking after Studley Royal House. Gary has worked for many discerning clients around the world, managing and training teams in excess of 30 staff members. He was also appointed Head Butler at the Brazilian Embassy in London. Gary set up Quintessentially Butlers, part of the Quintessentially Group, the world s leading private members club with a global concierge that provides a unique brand of service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. He has been entrusted with expanding The British Butler Institute brand worldwide. Philip Sykes Philip studied Hotel Management in South Africa and graduated as top student. He was offered a Food & Beverage position at the renowned Mount Nelson Hotel in Cape Town followed by Johannesburg Sun and Towers. Later in London he headed up the brasserie and food and beverage department for The Lowndes Hotel in Knightsbridge, part of the Hyatt Group. On returning to South Africa in 1993, Philip set up Pages in Thyme restaurant in Cape Town, which went on to become one of the top restaurants in South Africa. Philip s passion lies in the hospitality and service industry. With over 25 years experience in business, including hospitality, training, marketing, networking and sales he has had the privilege of being exposed to some of the world s top hotels and restaurants, where his comments and suggestions on service have not only been appreciated, but also implemented. To cater to his urge for training he launched Step to Training in the United Kingdom. Using his strong leadership and training skills Philip developed and delivered training programs to adult learners, offering career advice, technical expertise, practical life skills and self-improvement tools. He was instrumental in looking at gaps in the market that required training and development and designed courses accordingly to fulfil these needs.

7 Process for application BRITISH ROYAL ETIQUETTE Date: 8th - 10th May 2015 (Mumbai), 15th - 17th May 2015 (Delhi) Venue: The Oberoi Hotel Interested candidates should submit the duly filled up registration form available in our website. Participants for this course will be accepted in the order that they apply, although participants who are taking the Advanced course of Three days Masterclass in a package will be given priority. After the approval of the registration, a deposit of 50% of the total program-fees is required to reserve your place. The 50% advance needs to be paid within 15 days of acceptance, else the application will be rejected, the rest 50% of the amount has to be deposited at least before seven days (on or before 1st May 2015) of the commencement of the course.
