The process is pretty streamlined, though, thanks to a short cut I learnt from my sister: a snack station (in our case an extra-giant Tupperware container) filled with all those quick and easy

So for the past two years, each evening Anna has sorted out lunchboxes for herself and her brother (don t worry, he s got some pretty horrible chores too), and I ve sorted out mine. The process is pretty streamlined, though, thanks to a short cut I learnt from my sister: a snack station (in our case an extra-giant Tupperware container) filled with all those quick and easy lunchbox fillers, like driedfruit snack packs, biltong and breakfast bars, that can be added to the main meal along with a piece of fruit. Every couple of weeks I do a supermarket raid and restock the box, which saves Anna and I so much time and hassle. And Fridays the best! is tuck day.
