Okay here s the scoop about our Unit and where we stand regarding reaching our Seminar Year goals. We are behind our projected goal for the first 7 months of this year.

There will be lots of great training, YTD recognition, walking across stage, a fabulous winner s lunch, and a final kick off for the last quarter of this Seminar Year. It s where dreams are made! Registration is available on the Mary Kay Web Site now. The cost is only $95 plus the cost of a hotel room if you are travelling to the city. That s an incredible price for all the education and knowledge you will gain! My goal is to have 10 Unit members registered by the February 28 deadline I know we can do it!! Already registered are Nancy Lindbloom, Christina Brady, Olivia Koyama, Marcia Armstead, Michelle Kessloff and myself! Okay here s the scoop about our Unit and where we stand regarding reaching our Seminar Year goals. We are behind our projected goal for the first 7 months of this year. However, historically, the company shows that most Units do 70% of their year-end totals in the last 6 months! We are a selling machine Unit. We know how to sell this amazing product or we are in the process of learning!! Our Unit numbers have hovered around 87 for the last two years. In order to achieve our goal of being a $400,000 Unit Club, we need to grow our Unit numbers. AND THAT STARTS NOW!! I am committed to working my personal business in the next 5 months to change the complexion of MY BUSI- NESS and in turn, the size of our Unit. My focus will be on developing new Unit members and working with them to help them build their new businesses and their own new team members. This means I will be working with YOUR new team members! When we increase our Unit numbers to 150 by June 30 a very lofty, but achievable goal we will all benefit from the growth of our personal teams and our Unit.
