1 BIOGRAPHIES CHARMAINE HARN, Host & Resident Judge Personally selected by Eileen and Bill Ford at the "Ford Supermodel of the World" competition in 1996, as Singapore's sole representative, Charmaine went on to Miami to represent Singapore in the international competition for the event, which manifested into an offer to work in Paris under Ford's representation. After a few months in Paris and Miami, she spent the next few years shuttling between Shanghai, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Jakarta and Hong Kong for fashion shoots, print ads, TV commercials, editorials and big brand fashion shows. In 2004, while Charmaine was based in Milan, she became acquainted with the Italian fashion scene and was selected to open the Costume Nationale show that very same year. Today, Charmaine is one of Singapore s most established and recognised models and she represents a uniquely Singaporean beauty to the world. She has appeared on the cover of various magazines from Elle to Sports Illustrated as well as in print ads for Sony and TV spots for Osim. Charmaine has also been part of several Asian and South East Asian fashion shows for Chanel, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton, among many others under the aegis of Ave Model Management (Singapore) and Starz People (Hong Kong). In addition to hosting Season 1 of Supermodelme, Charmaine was also the host of Channel NewsAsia's luxury lifestyle program Diary of Indulgence and was hailed by Harper's Bazaar Singapore as one of the most fashionable women in Asia.

2 MODEL PROFILES ANNY LOU, China (Native Chinese) Age: 20 Height: 1.68m and Mandarin A self-described oriental delicacy with an international flavour, Anny is originally from Shanghai but has lived abroad since she was 14. Having attended a boarding school in Germany, she later pursued a degree in Theatre and Drama in London. Her interest in modelling began last year when she made it into the final 12 of Miss China UK (2009), which led to a string of offers from the rest of Europe and Beijing. As an avid tennis and squash player, Anny takes her sports seriously and believes that with the right coaching, she will shine. A big smile and an open heart is what she sees as the remedy to living with the other contestants. AVALON HONA HALOHO, Australia (Indonesian-English) Age: 16 Height: 1.71m Born to an English mother and an Indonesian father, Avalon grew up in Australia where she took up modelling to build her confidence and to meet people of diverse cultures. Her interest in fashion isn t just limited to being in front of the camera, but extends into fashion design and makeup. Avalon also creates her own eclectic ensembles and is a self-taught guitarist and songwriter. Although she is the youngest of the SUPERMODELME contestants, Avalon has some big ambitions. She lists Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima as her idol and as the standard and benchmark she sets out to achieve in her modelling career.

3 ELIZABETH MOULDEN, Australia (Thai-Australian) Age: 17 and Thai Raised in Australia and born to a Thai mother and an Australian father, Elizabeth s love affair with photography started when she received her first camera at the age of 11 and started taking photographs of herself and her family. Equipped with her camera, Elizabeth not only wants to have a successful modelling stint, but also hopes to improve her photography skills to become a famous fashion photographer. Elizabeth travels regularly to Thailand with her mother but her involvement in SUPERMODELME 2 will mark her virgin experience of travelling outside of Australia alone. She looks forward to becoming more independent with the experience. Elizabeth strongly believes that anything can be achieved with the right attitude and the right influences. EMIKO THEIN, Singapore (Burmese) Age: 21 Height: 1.77m Emiko is of Burmese heritage. Born in Japan and raised in Australia and Singapore, she sees herself as a citizen of the world. As a fresh graduate from National University of Singapore s Political Science programme, she wants to use the exposure and experience she will gain as a model to be the voice for people who do not have a voice. Always out to prove naysayers wrong, she took up soccer at the age of 10 to show the boys how it s really done and she still plays soccer in her free time. Runner-up for Miss Earth Singapore 2007 and the Top 5 of Miss Singapore Universe 2009, Emiko loves modelling simply because of the way it makes her feel. Nothing gets her more excited than a purposeful strut down the runway with all eyes on her and the adrenaline rush she gets from a high-energy photo shoot.

4 KIANI LEE, Australia (Indonesian-Australian) Age: 17 Her modelling career took off at 14 and Kiani believes that her unique features have served her well in the industry. She attributes her versatile look to her mixed parentage a Balinese-Chinese father and an Australian mother. As a star state-level tennis player, Kiani pursues a health-conscious lifestyle of regular exercise and proper diet to maintain her toned physique. To reconnect with her roots, she has been travelling to Bali alone since she was 7 and is currently learning Bahasa Indonesia. Highly motivated to become part of Australia s vibrant fashion scene, she s currently studying Fashion Design and has worked with one of Perth s premier fashion designers, Aurelio Costarella. She hopes that SUPERMODELME 2 will push her to scale greater heights, making her a stronger and capable professional model. KYM TOUSSAINT, Australia (Korean) Age: 21 Height: 1.73m Adopted from South Korea by Australian parents, Kym started modelling under the influence of her fashion designer mother at the age of 10. SUPERMODELME 2 is where she wants to take a bigger step into her modelling career. With her Asian roots and Australian upbringing, she feels that she has what it takes to excel in the Asian and Australian modelling industry. A highly driven individual, Kym took a break from her studies to move back to Sydney so she could continue doing fashion shows and television commercials. She is also keen on learning the ropes of film and television industry and was employed as a production assistant in a media company. Her biggest film credit to date was as an extra in Wolverine.

5 MELINDA WIDJANARKO, Indonesia (Indonesian) Age: 25 Height: 1.79m Language spoken: Bahasa Indonesia and English Melinda started modelling 10 years ago in her hometown Indonesia and has since taken on modelling stints in Los Angeles and New York in the last four years. To date, she has credits which include runways for Versace, Roberto Cavalli and Hugo Boss. Her adventurous character is what she thinks will help grow her career and allow her to meet new people and visit new places. For this self-professed bad girl of SUPERMODELME 2, high-concept photo shoots and crowded runways are some of her favorites in this line. On her brushes with catfights in the industry, she confidently says that catfight, dogfight whatever. I ll be the winner. NIKI NIU, China (Chinese) Age: 23 Height: 1.78 Language spoken: Mandarin Born in China, Niki moved to Singapore when she was 16. After studying in a secondary school, she pursued a course in fashion marketing and merchandising at a local tertiary institution. Prior to Singapore, she took up modelling classes in China and has experience walking in a few runway shows. Niki is a little shy and is most worried about the physical challenges she will have to face during the competition. Her role model in the fashion industry is Chinese supermodel, Du Juan and she prefers elegance and functionality when it comes to personal style. Having been exposed to the fashion world since she was a young girl, Niki is very excited about SUPERMODELME.

6 ROSHNI SOIN, Singapore (Indian) Age: 23, Mandarin and Punjabi Born and raised in a Singaporean Indian family, Roshni aims to prove that Singaporeans can shine on the international stage. Crowned Miss World Singapore in 2007, she is now out to prove her worth in the modelling arena. Not one to rest on her laurels, Roshni joins SUPERMODELME 2 to widen her horizons and aspires to be a better model. With 5 years of modelling and television experience behind her, Roshni does not fall short in the confidence department and believes that she can rise up to challenges and overcome obstacles in her way. Roshni hopes to bond with the girls and thinks that she can be a calming influence in the house by providing a rational voice during heated situations. NATTAKORN ROSIE CHOOVICHIAN, Thailand (Thai) Age: 24 Height: 1.75m Language spoken: Thai and English As a trained stage actress and set designer, Rosie has chosen a path in life that she feels will unleash her creative and passionate nature. She is appreciative of her unique looks that stem from an Indian, Chinese and Thai ancestry, and her modelling experience includes stints in Thailand and other parts of Asia. Coming from a family of lawyers and doctors, who view a modelling career as less dignifying, she hopes to prove them wrong. Rosie aims to show that her ambitions can lead to greater things and leverage on SUPERMODELME to realise her dreams. She has a strong love for animals which made her choose to be vegetarian. Her love for extreme sports like Bungee jumping leads her to believe that no physical challenge she has to face in SUPERMODELME 2 will faze her.

7 SYAKELLA JAZMYN, Malaysia (Malay) Age: 23 Language spoken: Bahasa Melayu and English Born into a family of performers an actress grandmother, a singer father and a dancer mother, Syakella aims to prove that Malaysian models can be as successful as their international counterparts. Her defining moment in modelling came when she was crowned third at Ford Models Supermodel of the World Malaysia It gave her the confidence to attempt more adventurous shoots and to strut the runway. With her outgoing personality, Syakella is excited to meet new people and travel out of Malaysia for SUPERMODELME 2. Describing herself as tough yet sensitive, Syakella is not daunted about the competition and physical challenges she will have to overcome. After all, she has been through three months of National Service in Sarawak and the fear of coping to the life with the girls is the least of her concerns. TANJA WIDING, Thailand (Thai-Swedish) Age: 20 Height: 1.78m Language spoken: Swedish, English and Thai Raised in Sweden by her Thai mother, and currently based in Bangkok alone, Tanja regards her multi-cultural background as the key factor in adapting to different surroundings. Tanja places priority in keeping her body in good shape. She complements her gym regime with yoga, ballet and urban dancing classes. She also recently picked up wakeboarding and deejay lessons. Her modelling career took off while on a backpacking trip which her Swedish father had encouraged her to do three years ago. Tanja feels that young models need to be guided with a firm hand in order to do well and hopes that SUPERMODELME 2 will help her with the necessary skills to improve herself as a model and to push her career to greater heights. *****
