30 ABOUT HEER Faiza Saqlain showcased her bridal collection HEER at the seventh edition of PFDC L Oréal Paris Bridal Week in the early evening segment. Synonymous with beauty and elegance, the collection is an ode to the iconic Heer, who is present in a woman even today, but perhaps more courageous. The collection draws its inspiration from the transitional tale of HEER -- from the real one, who was forced into wedlock, to the modern-day one, who takes charge of her own life. It incorporated a variety of techniques including the evergreen dabka, mukesh, tilla and contemporary 3D embellishments and cutworks, throughout the collection. The silhouettes were inspired by Heer s traditional attire and are customized to cater to the women of all ages and tastes. The Punjabi culture was evident in bright hues such as mustard, shades of blue and red. The collection boasts luxe fabrics such as tissue, organza and raw silk to represent the theme and transition of the women and their style over a period of time. The best time to book is Tuesday to Thursday between am to 1.30 pm, Saturday between 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm or Sunday pm to 2.30 pm. During your one-to-one consultation with Fozia, we will arrange a Facetime or Skype video call with Faiza Saqlain so you can discuss your order requirements including your budget, colour scheme and any customisation of the design that meets your own requirements and theme. At the time of your consultation period you will be able to see the outfits in closer detail over the video call so you can can see the quality of handwork and craftsmanship. If you want to add extra items such as fish tail, increase/decrease the amount of work or any other adaption then this can be discussed during the call. We strongly advise that you bring your parents or siblings for bridal consultation so they are happy with the decisions you make. Please Note: If you are wanting a one-to-one consultation for mehndi, engagement, nikah or bridal outfits or if you require a formal/semi-formal or pret outfit, then please book a consultation during the times stated above. Faiza Saqlain are extremely busy with global order fulfilment and we advise that you only book a consultation if you are genuinely interested in placing an order. We also want to advise customers that when you place your order through chambeili the cost of your outfit with delivery is slightly cheaper as we save costs on shipping. Since we place many orders with Faiza Saqlain, our shipments are sent in bulk so we allocate your order in bulk consignment hence a reduction in shipping costs; whereas if you order directly then you have to pay the full delivery charge.
