It s at our core to remain on the forefront of technology, and to provide you with cutting edge styles your patients demand. This year, we utilized our 3D printing capabilities in several designs and collections, subsequently expanding our design studio to accommodate our growing team of product engineers. And, we continue to explore next gen ideas in design and development to meet the needs of today s changing consumer. So while we broaden our horizons, we remain true to our customers, just as we have since we opened our doors over six decades ago. It s our chance to be makers, testing our limits and pushing away boundaries. The result is innovation. It s given us the ability to test new constructions and materials in rapid iterations. If they work, our customers receive an exciting new product. If not, then it s back to the drawing board and that s okay. What s important is that we are evolving. For me, it s recognizing the craftsmanship of the past and melding it with the technology of the future. From the lattice pattern in my daughter s lacrosse stick to a free form watercolor pattern made by clouds, inspiration surrounds us. It s how we choose to use it that sets us apart. Working with our product engineers, my dreams become reality much quicker before the idea even gets to the manufacturer. We re working smarter and more efficiently by resolving challenges before the first proto is even made, resulting in faster-to-market product.
