TIGHTENYL TIGHTENYL has an effective anti-aging function that delivers impressive results already within 8 days. TIGHTENYL provides important components for restoring S-GAG synthesis. Volunteers in placebo-controlled double-blind studies applied 0.5% REVIVYL twice daily over a total of 28 days. The skin barrier was demonstrably reinforced compared to placebo. This had a positive effect on the lipid, protein and water content of the skin. The structure of the skin was improved and skin shedding and surface regeneration were increased. REVIVYL maintains balance in the skin s microflora and even reduces the number of harmful pathogens. After four weeks, a 30% decrease in the number of wrinkles and 12% reduction of the wrinkle area were observed (see Fig. 3 and 4). In this study, the volunteers applied a cream containing 1.5% IBR-TCLC twice daily to the abdomen, hip and thigh area on one side of the body and a placebo to the same areas on the other side of the body. After 28 days of treatment, a significant reduction of stretch marks (see Fig. 5) and cellulite on the hips and thighs were observed. A lightening can be clearly discerned. 6 SUNSIL-OLEO Functionality and naturalness in one raw material As its name suggests, SUNSIL-OLEO is a product line of silica-based texturizers that have been made to be hydrophobic and are therefore suitable for water-free formulations or for working into the oil-phase of emulsions. Silica in its uncoated form is hydrophilic due to the silanol groups (Si-OH) on the surface of each particle. The surface structure (porosity) and size of the particles characterize this product, making it an ideal additive for improving the touch, transparency and stability of cosmetic textures. Lipophilic fillers based on polymers like PMMA or silane-coated silica are not compliant for natural cosmetics, and therefore not universally applicable. With the SUNSIL-OLEO line, our South Korean partner SUNJIN Beauty Science has developed a COSMOS certified product line that combines mineral silica beads with cetyl alcohol and makes them hydrophobic. In a comparative test with other texturizers, these naturally coated, spherical silica beads exhibit excellent absorptivity and selective sebum absorption.
