We ll start with Step 1, The Cleanser: Moisten your fingertips and wet your face with some water from your bowl. I ll give each of you a pea-sized amount that you can gently rub on your skin using circular motions. If you d like it to lather more, just add a little more water from your bowl with your fingers. When washing your face, you don t want it to feel squeaky-clean. If it does, that means you stripped it of its protective acid mantle. All of our cleansers are ph correct, so they cleanse without stripping or drying your skin, and they will remove dirt, oil, lipstick and eye makeup too. 3

4 Next, moisten your towel, squeeze out the excess water, and remove the cleanser from your skin. Go ahead and put your used towel back in the bowl and I ll freshen it for you at the sink. While I go and do that, be sure to look in the mirror at how nice your skin looks and feel how soft your face is just from using our vegan cleanser. Step 2 is our FC5 Exfoliating New Cell Scrub: I ll give each of you a pea-sized amount of this product. You ll want to wet your skin and gently scrub your face and neck for about one minute with this and be sure not to get it near your eyes. The technology behind this is amazing! This mask is an intense exfoliation, so if you want to try it and see how it feels, that s fine. You can do it for half the time if you d like to still experience it. We re going to leave this on for 5-7 minutes. You will feel some tingling and it s normal for your skin to have some redness as its secret ingredient is working to provide you with another level of exfoliation. 4

5 If you re wondering what that secret ingredient is, it s pineapple. Pineapple works so well to remove dead cells, fine lines and wrinkles.
