1 International Art Exhibition and International Art Prize "Nothing but Art II^ edition" Palazzo Velli Expo - Piazza di Sant Egidio 10 Rome (Trastevere district) May 2018 Opening on May 12 th, 2018 at 6pm THE LOCATION Located in the heart of Rome, the renowned Trastevere district, Palazzo Velli Expo is a historic Roman home built at the end of the fifteenth century. In 1970 the restoration work, carried out in respect of materials, techniques and colors of the fifteenth century, allowed Palazzo Velli to characterize itself as a space in perfect harmony with what happens in the major European capitals: a center in continuous evolution and growth that proposes to visitors refined projects of high quality standards. A unique reality of its kind representative of the urban reality of the center of Trastevere, destination for an international audience and a culturally conscious tourism, an ideal meeting place for a journey aimed at making different works dialogue in terms of style, pathos and experience THE EXHIBITION After the enormous success of the first edition, curators Anna Isopo and Monica Ferrarini propose the second edition of the "Nothing but Art" international art prize for May The exhibition aims to approach the public in a simple and clear way to the difficult world of "contemporary": in fact it aims to provide keys for reading to all those who, while nurturing passion for the art world, consider it difficult and arduous to approach to the world of contemporary art. "Nothing but Art" will offer the opportunity to present, in the wonderful and suggestive space of Palazzo Velli, a group of carefully selected artists that will give life to a unique path of great expressive value and refined stylistic research.

2 THE PRIZE "Nothing but Art" International Contemporary Art Award 2nd edition: it will be awarded on Saturday 12 May by a highly selected technical jury that will decide the three winners. The winners will receive plaques of merit, while all the other participants will receive a certificate of participation. Art. 1 - Selection and participation To selection of the exhibition can take part artists of all nationalities and ages that should send by a short biography and 3 pictures representative of their artistic works. Each artist selected will participate in the exhibition with one art work. The selection will take place simultaneously with the vision of the material received Selected artists will pay an entry fee of 150 for the work, which will be used to cover expenses as per point 7 that will be paid within 5 days from the communication of the selection. It is also possible to participate with two or more works and for each additional work there will be a cost of (two works , three works ) Art. 2 - Technical specifications Painting Sculpture Photo-Installation: there are no restrictions regarding style, technique, materials and media. The paintings and photographs must be no larger than 70 x 100 cm, 80x120 about (including any frame), while the sculptures must be small / medium sized (80x40x40 cm). Any dimensions different from those indicated are to be agreed upon with the artistic curator. It is also essential to indicate the full caption of the works exhibited which includes: first name, last name, title, year of production, technical and quotation. Art. 3 Terms and Conditions of Participation Artists will have to sign up no later than 24:00 on April 20 th, 2018.

3 Art. 4 - Trasport and delivery of works Delivery via Courier: The works must be sent via the ETC Mail Boxes. 089 with headquarters in via dei Mille 38/40 - Rome. The delivery must take place by May 4, The Mail Boxes will take care of transporting the works delivered to and from Le Sale di Palazzo Velli. At the end of the event the works will be sent back via the ETC Mail Boxes 089. Those who have different needs will have to communicate them at least two weeks in advance of the event and agree with the organization. Art. 5 - Responsibility The Association M.F. Events and Arte Borgo Gallery, while ensuring the utmost care and custody of the exhibits, declines any responsibility in case of theft, fire, or damage of any kind to the works and/or persons that may occur throughout the exhibition period. Each selected artist expressly authorize the treatment of personal data according to the law 675/96. The participation in the exhibition implies knowledge and full acceptance of these rules. Art. 6 Sales of works In case of sale of the work, 20% of the selling price will be recognized by the artist to the organization.

4 Art. 7 - Participation fee The registration fee is 150 for one work, it s required for the selected artists and provides the following services: rental location secretarial activities setting up and dismantling of the exhibition relationships with public and private stakeholders critical care graphic design and image study of the event through graphic designer & Professional web master (i.e. communication & marketing) graphic and typographic care of advertising material television service with Art 24 event advertising and press office opening of welcome
