3 Rouge Fashionbook ( is China s first bi-annual luxury independent fashion and art magazine, bringing a mix of young artists from China together with the works of international artists to create a truly China-centric global fashion and art community. The Book will feature fashion shoots, in-depth interviews with designers and influential subjects from the world of art and fashion. The aim of Rouge Fashionbook is to provide a platform for the new generation of creatives from China and Asia to showcase their work and creating fashion forward images with the help of more established international artists. 5 DIAGNOSIS Lily Chou, Founder & Editor in Chief A young fashion editor based in New York City who formerly worked for many figures in fashion, i.e. Carine Roitfeld, and Steve Gan. Graduated from Parsons School of Design s BFA & MFA programs, she had been working for CR Fashionbook, V Magazine and Harper s Bazaar US. She discovered and befriended many talented young designers and photographers who deserved a platform to showcase their work. She decided to launch her own biannual magazine that repreasents the artistic tie between New China and the globe. Under her direction, Rouge Fashionbook will evolve with an artistic orientation. 5

6 DIAGNOSIS Creative Director & In-house Stylist : Calvin Luo In 2014, Calvin Luo launched his own fashion label CALVIN LUO in New York City as the youngest designer ever in NYFW history. The debut of Rouge Fashionbook shares the same platform and media attention with SS17 Calvin Luo fashion show which took place in New York Whitney Museum. Luo brings to the magazine strong social media presence and resourcefulness. His instinct and experience in connecting with the young audience is a testament to Rouge Fashionbook s cohesive messaging through identity design. 6
