2 ABOUT MTG 2017 The 6th edition of Myanmar International Textile & Garment Industry Exhibition (MTG 2017) held from December 8-11 at Myanmar Event Park (MEP) at Mindama, Yangon, a brand new venue with convenient location just 3km from the Yangon International airport. As a major driver behind the growth of Myanmar s garment industry, the MTG has been well recognized by many renowned international brands as a very useful conduit for tapping into the booming Myanmar market. This year, over 7,000m2 exhibition space are used to house 150 exhibitors from 18 countries and regions, namely Bangladesh, China, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, Taiwan, USA, and Vietnam. 7 VISITOR FEEDBACK This is my first time to visit MTG, this event is really impressive. I met many international brands. It's sincerely grateful for me to see a lot of exhibitors bringing advanced technology here. - Mr. Than Naing.
