I often pick up golden nuggets of information at the event from getting around and talking to different suppliers, and producers. The quality of leads was excellent, and we already have a number of follow-up visits in place. The competition was very high this year, and I am delighted that our product, in the eyes of the judges, was the best for quality, innovation and high food standards.
